Olshan Foundation Repair

Used Olshan prior to 2014 as recommended by a friend. They put in 4 piers. That system failed. Called them several times and they came out in August of 2014. Opened up and remade patches. Sometime around then they put in an additional pier they said should have been done the first time etc. Had more problems. Called the company and found out that the original company had gone out of business. So, for the lifetime warranty I tried to call other Olshan companies. Was put off, no return calls, promised to come out, did not show. It is now 2022 and I called Olsan company again here. The recording said punch a button for the next rep.....I punched the button and the recording said, sorry, no available rep at this time.......People, I would not really really not recommend olshan, not the company, not their system. The lifetime warranty is not worth the promise. I give up.

I had the cable lock system installed several years ago. One of the reasons I chose this system is that it comes with a lifetime warranty. About a year ago, I noticed a crack forming in my wall over one of the piers, so I called to have them come out and adjust the pier. There was no answer, so I left a message. My message was not returned. Since them, I have called at least 20 times over the course of the last year. I have emailed them. I have sent messages over Facebook, everything I can think of. For months, there was no response. Six months or so into the process, I did get a response. Hopefully, I was on my way to a fix! However, I was soon ghosted and have not heard from them since. By far, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Wonderful company---they did the foundation on my house in 1999 and I have not had any issues. I called to get a warranty transfer as I am selling my house, and they happily sent me the form immediately. I appreciate the wonderful work done by Mariela Monterrossa.Service: Foundations
