The technician came on time, was well informed, and wasted no time getting the part and repairing my appliance. We are living in a time nowadays where it’s hard to trust anyone coming to your home to do jobs like this anymore. Although I was worried at the thought of a stranger coming to my home, I’m grateful to God that he did what I called for him to do with no problems. I’m very satisfied with the repair and will recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone who needs an appliance repair.
Mr.Appliance technician Logan arrived on time—early actually—knew what he was doing, and accomplished the repair we needed swiftly despite the need to remove a lot of sheet metal first.
Jay was on time and steadily worked to find the problem with my dishwasher. Then he defrosted. The freezer drawer on my freezer. This was an ordeal as he had to take the 2 drawers out and the door off to get to the internal part which was frozen. He was quick and clean. He needed a part to fix the dishwasher and will be back in the morning to finish. It took no time to get an appointment and they were on time. Hurry
