Stacy was so professional and encouraging when I took the gown in for an inspection that I decided to leave it and just hoped that it would survive the process. Oh my goodness! “I have been coming to Doug’s for almost nine years. They have lots of machines and have drop off service. There are a couple of high school girls that work there who know my name (I’m there weekly) and are very nice, polite and respectful (they call me sir…something a lot of young people don’t do!). They have called me when they finish my laundry earlier than scheduled and I appreciate that. If the store I run wasn’t so far from them, I’d hire them both…..great customer service skills! The manager is a nice lady and runs a great operation. I saw another review where the author stated they were blaring music…..I’ve never encountered that. It’s generally quiet there. I would definitely recommend Doug’s.“
