I popped into Phone Doctors on a whim today, my teenage son was complaining about his iPhone and he thought it might be broken. Josh was professional and kind. He knew exactly what needed to be done and we were walking out with a working phone in minutes! Thanks for saving me time and money Phone Doctors!!!
When it comes to customer service,...Phone Doctor is top notch,...I've called other places like Batteries plus and when I need pricing I'm told to just get a new phone,...like duhhhh,...I just need to know how much it cost.. When calling Phone Doctor they've went straight to the point and kept me updated on the process of my phone being repaired and even gave me extra discounts. Pricing is better than. Tmobile who wanted to charge me $100 with coverage I already pay for monthly,...and Phone Doctor beat them by $40, THATS CRAZY!!!!
