He was so patient while I made up my mind, brought over another sample when I was worried about the color I originally picked, and was super encouraging when I made my decisions even when I was nervous. The subcontractors who did the work were professional and kind and efficient. Our home is brighter and cozier now and I am beyond pleased.

I am glad I found a good flooring resource! Jeff came right out to measure and then met me at his shop to see several samples that met my specifications. He gave me a fair, all inclusive quote for the job. He returned to tear out the old carpet, which was wet. Installation went without a hitch. I appreciate doing business with such an honest, pleasant, and professional tradesman.
