I used their services with First Anerican Home Warranty, and out of all the techs I've been assigned these were the best. They answered my first phone call and were very professional and courteous. I explained that my AC had been out for 4 weeks and the HVAC tech from another company required an electrician to look at something before he could replace the unit. They made sure to set me up as fast as possible and came down the next day. I used this company with first American home warranty. It took me a few calls to reach someone to set up an appointment. However, when I did Chuck was very professional, friendly and courteous. We got an appointment set up for the next day. They helped fix two light switches and a plug in under the home warranty. They then helped me with an other electrical issues on my breaker panel, switching out two switches from a 50 to a 30 amp for my AC unit so it would be up to code. The two guys that came out were friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. The price to fix the breaker was very reasonable, all in all I’m am happy with the results.

UPDATE after the second claim visit and I'm pleased. The same two older gentlemen came out and completed the work on some floor outlets. My husband arrived home before they were finished so he asked again if they would look at the other work he's needing done and provide him with a quote. They did look at it and talk it over for a few minutes but still no response or quote for the work. Needless to say... My husband is pretty irritated. Strange that you can't seem to get them to want to do what would probably be a much better paying job than what they've done so far through our home warranty company. Oh well.
