My house was built in 1989 and the bathroom sinks and bath tubs look old and yellowish but I don’t have the fund to replace them. Justin did some research and found a re-surfacing company and had them re-coated. The quality is good and durable, and the price is affordable! I am very grateful.“

“John C. was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was thorough during the inspection and explained the entire process clearly. I was hit by that catastrophic hail storm in Norman in April 21’ and he was down in a matter of a week or two after I contacted him to get the ball rolling. Naturally, due to the scope of the damage the town sustained it took a while to get supplies in, however, he kept me updated each step of the way. When it comes down to the work, all of the contractors were friendly and professional. They cleaned up completely after each day and were quick and thorough. The roof was installed quickly and updated to code. The painters did an exceptional job, and the new gutters are PERFECT for the house. Extremely happy with the service I received across the board!!! It’s always stressful dealing with insurance companies but Cobalt did a great job at explaining everything and keeping me informed, updated, and calm throughout the entire ordeal. “Randy Reeves and his son Jerry did an outstanding job replacing damaged and worn roofs at our home. We decided to upgrade our roof to Class 4 damage resistant shingles to save on our insurance premiums.They were competitive and thorough in bidding the project. During demolition they discovered code issues with the decking previously used and worked with our insurance to have that covered. The job required replacing to asphalt shingle roofs two buildings and a metal roof on a barn. The work was done in a timely manner.Randy went out of his way to exceed our expectations. “When you hire a company to do a job, you expect all to go well and "perfectly" in order to obtain a 5-star review. And when something does not go well and "perfectly", it's what a company does after to remedy the situation that determines whether a 5-star is justified. And that is the case with The Brothers That Just Do Gutters.We decided to use The Brothers That Just Do Gutters after talking with them several times at the OKC Home & Garden Shows. We did not feel we were getting the high-pressure sales pitch that we felt from other companies we spoke with. Unfortunately, our install did not go well. We had a home inspector and a roofer come out and verify that what we were seeing was incorrect. When I called the salesperson (can't recall his name), he was apologetic and very responsive. He and the owner, Brian, immediately began to find out what happened, addressed it with the installers, and worked with our roofing company to correct the problem. Brian personally came out to inspect the work and make sure we were satisfied with the job. One year and several heavy downpours later, the gutters are performing well! And that is why they earned a 5-star review with us!“

“Casey Halligan did a fantastic job making sure we were taken care of during the whole roofing process. He went over and beyond, while working with a difficult adjuster on our claim. He was very responsive to the many questions I had. The roof was completed in one day and he stopped by while the workers were here and returned the following day to make sure everything was completed correctly and cleaned up. “(ORIGINAL REVIEW)PROS: They showed up on the day they said they would and replaced my roof quickly, they did a great job, they cleaned up after themselves better than expected (I found 3 total nails with the plastic caps), Jesse was amazing at getting more money from the insurance company for the supplement, they (allegedly) price-matched a higher quality Class 4 impact resistant shingle due to lack of availability.CONS: They used my wife's garden as their roof access point and destroyed several of her plants, not all of my solar panels worked after their subcontractor reinstalled them (and no-showed after being made aware of the problem and supposedly acquiring the parts needed to fix it), they replaced my shingles two months ago and I am still waiting to get my gutters installed (I was told the gutter company was a week or two behind schedule, which is fine. Then I was told 6 weeks ago I was on the schedule for that day and here I am 6 weeks later, still gutterless...), I still have no Certificate of Completion showing what type of shingles they actually used, which means I still cannot recover the thousands of dollars in recoverable depreciation I am owed from the insurance company.Over the course of several weeks, after multiple calls and texts to my sales representative and multiple calls to the Main Office, I still have no gutters, no Certificate of Completion, and no answers as to when I can expect either. If you don't have solar panels, gutters, or gardens and only need shingles replaced, they MAY be the company for you. Based on my personal experience, as of 12/01/2023, I do not recommend this company. If the situation changes, I will update my review.UPDATE: 12/04/2023 They got my gutters installed first thing this morning and the Certificate of Completion sent over. Gutters look amazing. My Sales Rep also called to apologize and personally guarantee he would make sure everything was squared away, which it now is. Upgraded to 5-Stars for the prompt and professional Customer Service.“

“I contacted J &M when a hail storm occurred in my neighborhood. My elderly Mom lived in my neighborhood as well. Lance came out and inspected each house and determined both had enough damage to warrant a new roof. Lance worked directly with the insurance company to get as much value as possible for us. In the end we were able to get a new roof and new gutters on both houses. We didn't even have gutters to begin with, this was just an extra addition that we wanted. Lance and his team were so easy to work with. He was communicating with us every step of the way and it was all flawless and simple on our end. They were professional throughout the entire process. We never had to do anything after the first time I contacted Lance. Now we both have the best looking houses in the neighborhood all thanks to the honest work from J &M Roofing and Construction.
