This is supposed to be a location that pairs up with Geico to make the whole process easier. That is not the case at all. My repairs were done back in April 2023. It is now September 2023. The first issue is that Gerber never sent the final bill back to my insurance so I have not received my deductible back on it. I have called and called to try and get this fixed and the final bill has not been sent at all even after I provided them with a direct email to my claims adjuster. The second issue is that the original estimator who did my work is no longer there and missed a whole portion of the accident. They did a phenomenal job. It took longer than expected due to parts shortage but they called me often with updates. I never had to call them to know where we were in the process. They even did some things that were above and beyond what was paid for, like replacing some faded pinstripes on both sides of the vehicle. I could not be more pleased ? , my wife said it looks brand new. ?
