We were out of water as of Sunday morning, we made do and called Fryar knowing we would probably have to wait until Mon for service. I got a call back at 9am this morning that they would be out today to take a look. Bill came out and diagnosed that we needed a new pump by 4pm. He made a quick call to Melissa (his lovely wife) and sent her for our pump in the city, in hopes she could make it before they closed at 5pm. She made it and he just finished at 7:30pm. We have running water again and a crazy amount of new knowledge about our well/pump/softener system. We are so very thankful for the recommendation from other residents to call Fryay and son before anyone else. We learned first hand why they are so easily recommended. We appreciate the speedy response, the long 5 hours he spent working on our system (after 5pm) and all the knowledge he provided so that we can keep everything running smoothly. 10/10 would recommend again to any and all needing well/pump help.
