Got an apnea monitor for premie baby. Unresponsive about receiving a memory card so we could send a report from the data in the monitor so we could give to pediatrician. Unresponsive about send me a box to ship the monitor back to them. I just shipped the machine back at my expense to be done with them.

Had to get a product for them for my son. First, they didn't give me thorough instructions for using the product. Then they took my payment, and didn't mark it in their system. They sent me a bill even though I had already paid, and ultimately owed me a refund. I called many times to get this resolved, but apparently only the supervisor can handle this, and he only works like 3 hours a day and still never reached out to me and I never received my money. I will have to subpoena them in order to get it.

My child's Pediatrician ordered a apnea monitor from this company for one of my kids. First they reschedualed the delivery date without notice and didn't bring it to us until a week later. Once we had the monitor which looks like it was made in the 80's. They installed it and discovered that they gave us a BROKEN power cable which was FAULTY ON INSTALLATION! The installer stated they would have to order a new power cable. One week passed and nothing came, so I called and asked when to expect the replacement cable, The operator said "what replacement?" So I reminded them to order it they said they had to "leave a note with the supervisor". And now it has been TWO WEEKS...read full review
