I started using this lawn service in 2014 they even installed a sprinkler system at my home. I had no problems until the end of summer 2017 when my lawn wasn't winterized. I called many times starting in October thru the end of December 2017 asking when my lawn was going to be serviced, each time I was told someone would be out at the end of the week, by the end of December 2017 no one ever showed up, so I stopped calling. I had already signed a contract for the summer of 2018 and again starting in March 2018, I started calling asking for my lawn to be serviced and no one showed up until 24 April 2018 and put pre-emergent on my lawn.
