Randy, Jerry and the entire Faithful Roofing team are absolutely fantastic. Not only are they a great company but they are even better humans! Randy was great to work with, communicated effectively, and completed a repair on my husband's grandmothers house timely and without any back and forth. It was a challenge to coordinate schedules from our end but they were extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful to explain the issue. We are so thankful for this family and their company - I wouldn't trust anyone else with my or my families homes!
I needed to replace the roof on an older mobile home. Some roofing contractors declined the job... perhaps too small of a project to interest them. Jerry provided a reasonable quote right away and specified the type of materials he intended to use. He and his crew arrived on-time and did a great job. Had to replace some damaged decking as well, but Jerry kept me informed and was quite reasonable about the change to the pricing. In-and-out in less than a day with a clean work site. I highly recommend Faithful Roofing & Construction. (His crew worked their a$$es off!)
Randy Reeves and his son Jerry did an outstanding job replacing damaged and worn roofs at our home. We decided to upgrade our roof to Class 4 damage resistant shingles to save on our insurance premiums.They were competitive and thorough in bidding the project. During demolition they discovered code issues with the decking previously used and worked with our insurance to have that covered. The job required replacing to asphalt shingle roofs two buildings and a metal roof on a barn. The work was done in a timely manner.Randy went out of his way to exceed our expectations.
