Man Blake is the real deal! Got me moving right again. Took care of so many issues I was having with my shoulder and posterior chain. Feel like a million dollars after seeing this guy. If you want someone knowledgeable to help get you back to training pain free you have to go see him. Highly recommend!

He takes the time to really dive in to find the root of the issue, prescribes exercises/movement corrections that will keep you training while healing, and breaks it all down in easy to understand methods. Whether you're a lifter or not, Blake will find a way to make you feel 100% again.

One session with Blake loosened up some major problem areas for me (shoulders, calves) and helped me feel some improved hip mobility. By the time I left, I felt looser than I had in forever. He’s friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable right away.
