I had an excellent experience at Dental Depot. Dr. Alzubi is very knowledgeable and kind, and the hygienist and front staff were equally wonderful. Thank you for accommodating me on an emergency basis for my tooth pain. This location will definitely be my go-to for any dental service.

I was a little worried about this location after reading the reviews. But, I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased with my first visit! The dental assistant and the hygienist (Jenny) were FABULOUS! I'm so glad I came to this location. I do have to admit, the front office staff ALL need some serious customer service training. But, the dental care was top notch, and the staff and doctor were GREAT!

Very disappointed! Have been using this facility for years. Office managers are constantly changing and the outrageous amount of phone calls, texts and e-mails I receive are ridiculous. Today I showed up for the 3rd of 4 appointments in 8 days and was told they scheduled someone else in my appointment time because I didn't call and confirm. Usually I don't call and confirm and this has never happened before. Nobody wanted to take accountability for this new rule. I am definitely not a happy customer of new rules that nobody advises you of. Sad because I love the dental staff, but, the administrative side is less than satisfactory.
