I have been going to the office off western for all my chiropractic needs for years, and I have loved going I have even referred several people to this office. Until today. There was a lady working the front who when I first came in came off very loud and had zero respect for my privacy. Was asking me medical questions in the lobby without regard to my privacy at all. and once I was in my room she would barge in the room without knocking. I didn’t get her name but she had brownish red hair and tattoos not wearing scrubs like the other ladies (who were very professional). Right before I was to get adjusted. I saw Dr. Jim Muse who is a joy. He performed accupuncture on my back. It became cost prohibitive for me as a senior on soc.sec.to continue my treatment,therefore I will never know if it would have been as effective as I had hoped.

Being able to get the adjustment and a massage was very helpful. I was also able to get some biofreeze and get some formula 303 all natural muscle relaxers. I'm looking forward to going to another visit soon.
