Came in for a lash removal from another lash tech, Ali was amazing and so gentle! My eyes were so irritated from the lashes being to close to my waterline.
I left feeling so relieved and happy after Ali helped me.
I tried a classic set and unfortunately it only lasted. less than one week, however the manager contacted me and asked how I liked my lashes. I. explained what happened and they immediately said to come back and have them redone. I did and it has worked out fabulously. The glue wasn't taking to my lashes and now I have them and love them.
Autumn was awesome!! So knowledgeable and put me at ease with this being my first time getting lash extensions. She walked me through the steps and helped me feel confident that I would get what I was wanting.
