I've only been there once so far, but I'm already impressed with the staff as well as the veterinarian. She gave me tips to help make grooming my Chow dog easier which no one had ever suggested. They dote on the babies and seem honestly sincere in their concern for my pets. I've already recommended them to a friend.
Wonderful care team for our Rocket, retired signal dog. Luv the forward leaning communication thru messaging, email and voice mail. Makes the administrative duties of managing Rocket's age related CKD, health and wellness easy.
My dog had his checkup during the last appointment of the day, which had obviously been a long, stressful day for the staff. I had to wait much longer than anticipated, but everybody was super apologetic and accommodating. They keep coloring pages and crayons on hand for kids, which my daughter and I both appreciated.
My dog was much more comfortable here than any other vet or groomer we’ve been to before. The staff was wonderful and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything extra than what was included in our scheduled package.
