We signed up for the Wave Club and were soon contacted to have our fall maintenance on our HVAC system done plus our electrical and plumbing inspections. We set up all the inspections and the maintenance. Due to an issue we had to reschedule the plumbing inspection but the time/date we wanted was given with no hassle. Casey Hayes did our electrical inspection. He did an excellent job. He recommended whole home surge protection, which though a little pricey, we gave consideration to. Chris Lafferty did our plumbing inspection. We told him we were having trouble with the toilet in our half bath flushing properly. He checked it and found it needed to be snaked. Talked to Alesha at 10:30 am and Jess showed up at 3pm! He was such a big help! Showed and explained to me everything I needed to know! And did I mentioned this was on a Sunday? Thank you so much!! Will recommend all my friends and families!
Shawn and Cage did an awesome job on our mini split unit. They were both extremely polite and worked very hard out in this heat. They cleaned up boxes and trash from the unit. Left the area super clean. They even took a few minutes to play ball and love on my sweet labs. I highly recommend them with Comfort Wave!!
