We began our time using Comfort Keepers in an emergency situation needing overnight help. They were very helpful and arranged to have a caretaker that night! I met her, had her information and never had any problems. After a month we changed to daytime caretakers and met Angela H. who was new to comfort Keepers. She was truly a God sent angel! I felt that she cared about my mother as if she was her own mom! Although in assisted living, Mom needed additional care so Angela did all that was needed and kept us well informed of any concerns and even issues with staff at the facility. The staff there also appreciated Angela's care for our mother. Thank you Angela and Kimberly for the scheduling help!
