Absolutely 100%. CBR Roofing did an inspection on our roof in June. They recommend filing a claim on the roof. The claim was filed. It was denied by 2 times by 3rd party adjusters for Allstate and they continued to fight. Allstate sent out an Engineer to inspect the roof who found that there was hail damage. The claim was approved in full. CBR installed the roof yesterday and the crew they sent out was very professional and ensured everything was protected and did a fantastic job cleaning up after the roof was installed. CBR is very good at walking you through the insurance process and supplementing what needs to be supplemented with your claim to ensure you get the full benefit of your claim. I highly recommend CBR Roofing. Brett and his team do a fantastic job of taking care of their clients.
These guys stopped by our house after noticing we had damage on our roof. They had been across the street and had noticed it, so they came over to talk with us. They did an immediate evaluation of the roof and suggested we call our insurance to see about getting it covered as there appeared to be hail damage. Within a week, we had a new roof! Ruben was great to work with. He came by when our insurance adjuster was here and was instrumental in getting our claim covered. The process was easy from our end. They were very communicative of when they would be at our property as well as what they needed from us. Their crew showed up in the morning, and by the evening were done. They left the site spotless when done. I'm very impressed! I highly recommend these roofers for any in the KC metro area. They confirmed they are able to travel within an hour of KC, and provide free evaluations too!
