I called Butler Plumbing for a leaking water heater I have in my basement. I had heard from a friend that they were the best around and I must say they did not disappoint! John was the technician who came out to my house and he was absolutely amazing. He explain what the issue was to me in detail and showed me the old thermostat and drip pan that needed to be replaced. He was very thorough and asked all the right questions to make sure that my water heater was back in working order.

I hired Butler Plumbing Inc to fix the toilet in my home and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. The plumber, Julian, was really good and quick. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to replace the flapper, fill valve, gasket, and tank lever. He also replaced the wax ring around the base of the toilet and reconnected the water supply line. The job was completed in a timely manner and the price was more than fair.THe plumbing service I received from Julian was really good. He also gave me advice on how to maintain the toilet in the future.
