I was super nervous being I've had a bad experience with threading before, if you're thinking about getting your brow threaded THIS IS THE SPOT!!! The service was quick, their customer service was amazing and I'll definitely be back!

Quick and efficient service! There was only one staff member and she wasn't too friendly, but was fast and did a good job. She wore a mask but I didn't see any disinfecting of the chair or checkout area (cc pad, counter) between guests, so it'd be nice if they made an effort in sanitizing, considering all things.

I have been getting my eyebrows done here since 2015, and I love this place! I'm surprised the location in Penn Square Mall does not have any reviews on here yet. This place only removes hair by threading, which I prefer when it comes to eyebrows - they come out so clean and neat. The price is only $11 for eyebrows only and I think that's a decent price, considering other locations charge $20+. The employees are super nice and are able to give you the shape of eyebrows that suit your face.
