No one wants to pay for home repairs so when Black Thunders estimate came in 900$ cheaper than two others I went with them. Quick response. Polite, thorough, and gave quotes both verbally and in writing, along with photos and invites for comparison.Really just top-notch all around. I don't know if they're gonna get the job (the landlord is making that decision), but if it were up to me, I'd pick them in a hot second.
