Jack was quick, thorough, personable and professional. The tech, Aaron, has the same qualities and is very attentive and pleasant to interact with. The experience has been great so far, I look forward to a continued relationship with Aptive as my pest control provider!
In a 2 year span I’ve been serviced by Trugreen, Terminix and Orkin with each experience being very off putting and priced at a high cost with no result, bad billing practices and awful customer service. If you want yard of the month you’ll obviously need pest control so you can actually be outside without being miserable lol Go with Aptive, you’ll love them.
