When I go visit Bernice for my shampoo and retwist, it’s ALWAYS a relaxing experience. She plays no games when it comes to getting the hair and scalp CLEAN. I almost fall asleep every single time! I’m also impressed with how fast an efficient she is with the retwist. I have over 150 locs and even when my new growth is overgrown she gets me in and out with crisp neat parts within 2 hours of arriving without fail! Okay let me start out by saying B definitely did her big one on me! I sent her the vision and she executed. She mixed the color perfectly, it's exactly what I wanted. The services I received were, loc maintenance, double process color, a trim, a steam conditioning treatment, and two strand twists. She makes you feel comfortable and her work really speaks for itself. She's passionate about her craft, highly recommend 10/10.
