I had a pipe bust on my hot water heater, spraying water into the attic while I was out of town. Aero packed all my stuff out and stored it during the restoration. They ripped out all of the mold infested materials and supplied the drying equipment. When the reconstruction was done, they brought everything back and cleaned everything to the point, you could eat on the floor. (Don't ask me how I know.)The only down side, when they are done, you won't want to live in your house. It will be so clean you will be afraid to breath on it. You almost want to have a flood every week, just to have them give the house a good scrub.
