I had a muscle pain on the left side of my back that I had a hard time getting up from a sitting position and the pain was so bad that I started seeing stars when I got out of the car and almost passed out. I didn't know what to do. I called a couple of massage places and this one had an opening. I went for an hour massage and he stretched my legs and did a deep massage on me. The previously overwhelming pain diminished immediately and completely went away a little bit later. Hallelujah!

Absolutely love this place. Started going to Yoga at the Myriad Gardens a few months ago and Janil (one of the instructors) invited me to the studio. And the rest is history. Thanks to Janil and his patient instruction my passion for Yoga is growing and I’m getting better and better every session. The vibe is always right. The classmates are encouraging, no matter what level you’re at, you feel welcome. It’s definitely a judgement free culture. They also offer other services. Excellent massage! Truly a deep tissue massage. The pressure was perfect. The sent in the room was pleasing. Warm wet towels were used in conjunction with a heated massage table. Janile provided a much needed relief for my sore muscles. I left completely relaxed. Very well worth it!
