I love the care this company offered my family member at a time when we really needed it. We transitioned my father from home health to hospice and it was seamless. They took care of everything. From the nurses, to therapy, to the bath aide, they were all wonderful and so compassionate. The office staff was helpful on multiple occasions when I called with questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this company to my closest friends, family members, AND strangers needing help with caring for their loved ones.

Jaime Hernandez or whoever you spell her name was super rude to me. She acted completely unprofessional and lacks the adequate training to help patients. I am never going back to this place.

If I could give a -0 I would. Absolutely horrible service. Waited a full day with no return call. Could not get one person to return our call for help for our mom. Never documented a single visit out of two. Had to ASK the nurse to do vitals. Would NOT recommend. Was told a time Hospice would arrive and after an HOUR still no one and no call. They never showed. Deplorable service.
