I waited a few days after repair to make the review to make sure everything worked. They replaced my cracked screen as quoted and in a timely manner, and the office personnel was kind and helpful.
Wonderful, family-run place. If they can't fix your phone, probably no one can. They have a great attitude towards customers and also seem to have very honest business practices - a rare and precious thing these days.
Great customer service. As soon as I entered I was greeted, provide an honest and affordable price estimate, and given peanuts by management!
A refreshing experience, I highly recommend.
