had a root touch-up with Sarah at Ulta yesterday, and she did an amazing job. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure my hair didn’t turn out too dark or leave me looking washed out. She took her time, was personable and professional, and even styled my curls exactly how I like them. On top of that, she made excellent product recommendations that felt tailored to me. It’s rare to find someone who gets it right with my roots, but Sarah absolutely did. I’ll definitely be going back to see her again!

I went in search for foundation really don't wear any makeup so I don't know much about the quality or anything to do with foundation, an employee there named Shay was very helpful and professional with helping find a shade color she was very kind and patient with me aswell I truly appreciate all her help and for that I give the store 5 stars.

Ulta is my go-to for makeup even on a budget. The fact that you can test the makeup before you buy it and the super understanding return policy is reassuring. Makes you more comfortable with making your purchase. There's no run arounds.
