Very expensive. Was responsive at first, but needed to make a change and communication completely stopped and never responded to emails or calls. Finished the first round, but never made the changes and nothing got finalized. There are far better options in town for 1/3 the price. The new place we found has done two years of taxes for nearly half of what this cost us, plus our returns were more favorable. Super nice person, but for what was charged I would expect a much better service.
