I love coming to this specific location to donate blood as the people here are also the kindest! They genuinely try to remember every donor and truly care for each one like a special family member. The location itself is always clean with the friendly atmosphere as a bonus! This time each donor was able to receive a Grinch t-shirt as well as promoting that if you downloaded the donor app, you would receive a child's T-shirt as well, (which I got for my niece) and if you posted a photo with you & your mini's t-shirt, you would be entered in a chance to win $250!

I was very pleased with my first experience donating. Risa, Devin, and the team were efficient, hospitable, and knowledgeable. The entire process was easy and enjoyable. It was my first time, and when I felt even a little lightheaded they knew exactly what to do and took great care of me. I am looking forward to returning to this location in the future. I have donated here 4 times now and each time I have been here I have felt welcome, valued and cared for. Everyone has been kind, professional, knowledgeable and overall great! They always have a smile on their face, answer all my questions and treat everyone with respect and kindness. In my time here I have seen a couple of incidents with donors and they were treated quickly, with respect, professionalism, and most of all kindness. The facility is very clean and relaxing. They have several TVs for your entertainment as well as very comfortable chairs and the canteen area is well stocked and very clean. Everyone wears masks and I have always felt safe.
