This is my second place to try laser hair removal. The one prior to this one was a disappointment due to their shady practices, overcharging and underwhelming results. So I was a bit skeptical before considering them. I initially chose them due to closeness to home, their reviews and promotional offers. But now I’m beyond impressed by their quality of service, caring of customers and the results!!! Danielle is the technician they have hired more recently, she’s very professional and thorough. The front desk is always welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this place to my friends and acquaintances.
Highly highly recommend this location. Consultation was friendly and casual, scheduling appointments was easy. Danielle was just the best during the appointments and really kept the mood in the room light which helped with the laser hurting a bit! She will press on the area and blow cool air (from a machine) on the area also to decrease the pain. She is also super knowledgeable and will explain things super well and answer all your questions. The whole experience has been well worth it so far.
