DO NOT pay to get your prescriptions!! It is illegal for them to charge u for them!! They charged me for several years ($50) illegally. They are knowingly breaking the law when they do that. I am going to be seeking redress through the FTC for their violations on me. They do it because they lie and no one knows any better. That's not only breaking laws it's unethical and downright nasty practice.

I have been going to Dr. Razook for more years than I can remember. I think he is a particularly good and skilled ophthalmologist. I have an autoimmune disease so a medication I'm on requires 6 month visits. I LOVE Irene, his receptionist. She always brightens my day. Dr. Razook is patient and listens to my concerns. He is very specific with his language to be sure I understand what he is saying. He is reassuring and has never failed to resolve my eye issues. I trust his expertise and now my husband sees him, too. He has wet macular degeneration. Dr. Razook sent him to Dr. Haivala who is also phenomenal. His practice has gotten much busier now. Others seem to feel the same way I do.

Horrible service provider, rude, and incompetent staff. Collected full amount on routine visit and also collected from my insurance company. After several attempts to get my refund all I got were lies and stall, now won’t take my calls. No reason for this unethical behavior
