This was my first time using this company and they did not fail at making a great impression. Bobby was my technician. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about what exactly was wrong with my unit. Would highly recommend using them for your heating and air needs.

I am very satisfied with Emerald Heat and Air. They installed a new heating and air conditioning system with new ductwork back in May. From start to finish everything went well, and they did everything they said they would do. During the process I called them several times with questions, and they always answered the phone and were very helpful and attentive. They completed all of the paperwork that I needed to receive rebates from ONG and OG&E. Now that summer heat has arrived, my home is so comfortable. my new system is so efficient and I have seen my electric bill drop dramatically.
