I was under the impression this cleaner was a great place, and customers were happy. I used these cleaners for quite a while before the Pandemic, and afterwards, and can't say I had any problems. I sent others to them as well. I was very satisfied with the service.
Shortly after most of the Pandemic settled down, I noticed a change in customer service. On my last drop off to the store, I brought in a few netted shirts, and a few Roundtree & Yorke shirts. The employees kind of knew my face, and (I would never have my tan receipt in hand), always would smile, and find me in the system.
They do a great job I guess I don't know I've been going to the same cleaners out of habit for years never had any problems with him since I never any reason to go anywhere else again

I am currently looking for a better cleaners. A few months ago my suit for a funeral came in 2 days after the funeral, glad it wasn’t mine, lol. This last time they were closed on Friday after a bad storm, understandable. And opened really late on Saturday. I understand the weather, but I just don’t want to worry when I drop off clothes, no stress.
