BUYER BEWARE. This cleaner is horrible. Had a brand new shirt in there that was worn one night to be cleaned and pressed. Shirt was not cleaned when it came back the 1st time and when it came back after a re-do the shirt was missing almost all of the buttons. They were completely ripped out. And.all the lady who works there can say is the policy on the wall says they arent responsible for anything. She would send my complaint in at the end of the month to the manager. So ripping holes in shorts is the standard for this business

UPDATE: it is now 12/31/22 and I have left two additional calls and still not heard from the owner.Go anywhere else.Terrible customer service from an indifferent owner, "Jay," who refuses to acknowledge, let alone correct, the damage his business does to your clothes. Here is my story.I brought in my clothes for dry cleaning on Tuesday morning (12/14/22) and was told they would be ready for pick-up after 5 PM the following day, Wednesday (12/15/22), and they were. Upon taking my clothes home I discovered a silk tie had been destroyed, the seam being ripped out across roughly a quarter of the back of the tie. Terrible customer service from an indifferent owner, \\\"Jay,\\\" who refuses to acknowledge, let alone correct, the damage his business does to your clothes. Here is my story. I brought in my clothes for dry cleaning on Tuesday morning (12/14/22) and was told they would be ready for pick-up after 5 PM the following day, Wednesday (12/15/22), and they were. Upon taking my clothes home I discovered a silk tie had been destroyed, the seam being ripped out across roughly a quarter of the back of the tie. I immediately returned to the store to show the employee working the damage and she agreed the tie was beyond repair (not that anyone has offered to try). She promised to call the owner and have him contact me by the following day. Next day, as I was out and about after 1 PM and had not yet heard from the owner, I dropped into the store to see if he was available and was told he was not, but a second employee assured me he would contact me before day’s end. He did not. On Friday (12/16/22) I called the general number on their website and left a message with my name and return number. No call, no surprise. A week to the day (12/21/22) I returned to the store to retrieve my tie and was told by the employee (same woman who initially received my clothes) that she had spoken to the owner who had argued the tie was either damaged before it was dropped off – it was not, as she had noted – or was old, but either way the damage was not his fault. (Aside: It is troubling he implies the damage was inevitable because of the tie’s age, while advertising his business cleans wedding dresses and bedding, items owners typically hold on to for years. I would NOT trust this business with a prized piece of clothing like a wedding dress.) The employee, noting (and sharing) my frustration, provided Jay’s direct contact number, which I called only to be told (big surprise) that he was “in a meeting and would call me back.” I laughingly provided my number as I knew I would not receive a return call, and I have not. The owner places his employees – with whom I have no beef -- in the unfair position of listening to customers’ concerns and then knowingly lie to them about return calls because Jay lacks the backbone to talk to customers himself or to own his mistakes. Again, go anywhere else. Anywhere.
