The lady to greet us was amazing. I had a Soonercare issue and she said she couldn’t put us on the schedule until resolved. I called soonercare and was on hold for over 20 minutes and the receptionist told me she would would go head and put me on the schedule if I went ahead and put us on the schedule if I got that soonercare fixed that day. Awesome service and the Dr was prompt and got us fixed up. After the mix up we were in and out in under 20 minutes. Will be back.
I would like to say THANK YOU, to Rachel Garrison was my provider. My wife and I went together for a sensitive condition. She was very thorough and caring. I am very grateful I was able to meet Rachel. Thank you to the entire staff.
Came in for an asthma attack and they saw me immediately. I felt well cared for and they got me out quick since I was in Norman for a work conference! Got all set up with what I needed to help with my asthma flares lately too.
