They will always tell you that you need new equipment without attempt at repair. Then the install price will be outrageous.

I agree they used to be good. Not since they were bought out. Charged way too much for a ten minute job fixing a leaky toilet. Then told me I needed a new water heater and gave me a $5000 estimate for replacing it. I called Hansmeyer plumbing for a second opinion. They said my water heater looked fine. I didn't need to do anything yet. Needless to say, I won't be calling City anymore.
