Im been going to Charlie for my Brazilian waxes for over a year now. I get smooth perfect results every time and she is very understanding about scheduling conflicts that might come up. She makes the experience nonjudgmental and comfortable.
I had 3 roofers that I talked to after the Apr 2023 hail storm. One was someone named Steve that had done a neighbors house, one was a guy named Josh my girlfriend's dad had recommended and one was a guy named Trent my other neighbor recommended. All 3 came and gave me an assessment. Steve sounded like he was willing to take care if me but when he met with the adjustors, didn't help me much. That adjuster basically stated that the hail damage was from previous storms. Josh was too busy and somewhat arrogant. Trent from Great Plains Roofing sent Kyle Burnett who really impressed me by several factors. He blatantly told me that it was now illegal to not pay the deductible and their company was not willing to cover that. In lieu of that he would give a free upgrade to Class 4 shingles etc. Kyle went on the roof and took about 89 pictures and provided them by email along with drone shots and damage locations... very impressive high quality pictures. He spent the time to show me the different colors and types of shingles, drip edges, etc. When the 2nd adjuster came out, Eric (Kyle's Co worker) joined him and helped figure all the damage spots and showed the 10+ hits in the 10x10 square to total the roof. If they were going to go out to bat for me and get the insurance company to pay, I was willing to sign a contract with them (and I am glad I did) Within 2 weeks, I had the materials dropped off and the following day (with a 12 person crew) on a 2300 sq ft home, the entire roof was replaced with the Class 4 shingles. They took care of the eaves, high quality underlayment, drip edges, etc and even installed a solar attic fan. They had a company that they use for guttering so I just paid the amount awarded to me by State Farm + the deductible and they handled it all. They even fixed my chimney stack that was in pretty horrid shape. My next door neighbor got his roof replaced and it took them 4 days to complete and it was smaller than mine. Kyle was always very responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. Very impressed overall and highly recommend.
This was an incredible experience. You will not find a better place to relax and unwind. I felt calm and at peace the second I walked in and my severe knots were gently worked out in my neck. Highly recommend!!!

I got a haircut 2 months ago and am still thinking about it! I came in after butchering an at-home haircut and tried to give myself layers. Coming into the salon, I was going for a 90s blowout look. My hair is very straight and many other salons in Norman I have tried have not been able to get a blowout to hold due to my natural hair. Zina was able to refresh my layers and gave me a great blowout for my upcoming graduation. Zina was very kind and insightful on my hair type. I definitely recommend going to this salon to those in the Norman area.

Excellent experience. You can't beat $55 for a quality blowout. The whole thing took less than an hour for a full wave blowout. Super cute shop with a modern minimalist esthetic. The stylists are very attentive and ask if you're tender headed prior to doing anything. They also offer all guests coffee, water, champagne, and mimosas. Great place to stop by if you have any family photos, graduation, or an event where you have to look your best.
The attention to detail that Ms. Nicholine provides is top notch. She offers consistent, beautiful results. The braids in my photo are a month old and they still look great. Highly recommend for all your hair care needs.

I needed a haircut and wanted to try some place I hadn't been to after being disappointed at my last two places.
I did a walk-in (typical for a guy like me. I was greeted very nicely & informed it would be 10 - 15 minutes. Bills is actually 2 shops in one. The customers were predominantly women but there were a couple guys getting haircuts. One of the stylists git done early so she offered to cut my hair - if I was OK with her using clippers so she could stay on schedule. I agreed and in just a few minutes she gave me an excellent haircut. The best I've had in the last 18 months. It was a couple $ more than my previous cuts but it was clearly worth it.
Now I have a new favorite place to get my haircuts - right in the middle of downtown Norman. Give Bills a try. You'll be glad you did.
Requested style: Off the ears, tapered in back, & not too short on top so it doesn't stand up. NOTE: this was not one of the super-short sides with extra long on top cuts that's popular with some folks. I'm a senior citizen so I wanted a normal man's cut & got exactly what I requested. GREAT JOB

Been going here for a little over two years. Always leave with a smile and fresh fade. I’m in a power wheelchair and it can be a nuisance to barbers, but Sophie never gives me negative vibes. Sophie gives me the same amount of attention and detail as everyone else despite the haircut taking longer than others. Sophie truly is the best in the business. The environment as a whole is great. I love coming in and seeing movies or a big game on TV. The only thing I wish they had was a spot where I could wash my hair afterwards. I understand this would cost more and turn into a two-hour process, but I can’t go home and instantly hop in the shower. Not a complaint, just trying to speak it into existence lol.

This is our fourth visit here. Service is always very good. My wife and I get pedicures every time we come. This last visit, I had an ingrown toenail on my left big toe and the woman who gave my pedicure went above and beyond to remove the ingrown nail. She basically performed surgery on my toe and successfully removed it all. Highly recommend!! ?

Service Requested - I have gone to this salon 3 times now. I have only gone for the Manicure and have gotten french tips each time. $25 is the cost and it definitely doesn't harm the wallet to much.
Quality - They are good. I am just super OCD/Perfectionist when it comes to my nails and they miss the edge of my nails. Nothing you would notice, unless you had my nails up in your face. I understand they are busy at times, but I still do wish they would slow down a little bit and pay a little bit more attention to my nails than to the people around them.
Vibe - Although it's fancy, I have not been made to feel that I don't belong or anything like that. I enjoy the decoration theme and appreciate the free complimentary drinks that they have available. The hostess, Katie, is the sweetest. My last visit there I discovered she was only 16 and was impressed. She has a very good head on her shoulders and she definitely deserves a raise. Always polite and respectful. Has very good communication skills.

The place was great,couple months I turned 16 and I finally convinced my mom to let me get my dream piercings (Snake bites) The lady was the nicest person ever. 10/10 she did a good job. The pain on the right side was a 4/10 and the left was 7/10. You guys did a good job! And it was only $80!? That’s a good price. (I’m going back there again because one of the holes closed up and I have to get it re-pierced)
The best thing about this place is they do tattoos for a Second Chance fundraiser once a year and 1/3 of the money goes to the puppies and kitties.

We lost my cousin whom my mom raised his whole life to diabetes last march: He was 28. I got a pink/purple orchid because he had given me the only one I’ve ever kept alive as a housewarming gift & I see it everyday so it means a lot to me. He was also a part of Lbgtq so my cousin & mom got a rainbow in remembrance of him. We had a great experience & it was mine & my mom’s first tattoo! Derek was our artist & was amazing.

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Brenden, a technician at Bob's Plumbing. He came on a call to fix the seal around my toilet and a very slow , almost obscure leak under my sink. I have had two other companies look at the same issue and tell me replacing the seal would cost as much as getting an entire new toilet. Although I have had this toilet for some time, it wasn't to the point of needing replaced. I sent them in their way. Today , Brenden looked at my issue and said he could absolutly replace the seal. After disassembling the toilet , he advised that there was actually some other part broken as well . He showed me exactly what he was referring to and said he was prepared to take care of that also. He wanted me to know it was going to cost a little a little more and I appreciated him advising of same before beginning the work. He took care of both issues efficiently and very effectively with little to no mess upon his departure. My toilet and sink have been leaky and not usable for months and now , they are back to working perfectly, without a single issue. I used Bob's plumbing for the longest time and then, for no real reason, called a few other places instead. After being so disappointed , I remembered Bob's and called and set this appt. After having the experiences i had with other companies, I won't call anyone but Bobs Plumbing for my plumbing needs and will request Brenden as well. He also had the most pleasant personality , making me laugh the entire visit. Wonderful work one great guy!
When it rains it pours. I had a multitude of issues from rotted pipes under concrete to an aging ac unit that wouldn't stay on in the middle of June. Leon's knocked it all out in less than a week. These guys rule. There isn't anything they can not handle or fix. If you need a pro call LEON's. I'm so glad i did!

I purchased an old home that was vacant for a couple of months. I had it inspected and the inspector passed it with flying colors. A couple of months later I was having an issue with the half bath toilet leaking. Being new to the OK area, I asked around for references for a plumber, I was given several referrals to Vintage Plumbing. I contacted Vintage Plumbing and my first interaction was with Marla the scheduler, She was very polite and set my appointment up immediately. I received a reminder text letting me know when my appointment was scheduled. The morning of my appointment I received a text informing me my technician "Tim" (with a picture for identification purchases - which was great) was on his way to my home. Upon arriving at my home ON TIME, which is rare for plumbers, Tim was very courteous and got right to work on my project. Upon investigating my problem - he found I had a larger problem than what I had expected. Tim explained he was trying to snake the drain to clear the blockage, and his snake fell through. He explained he would need to go under my home to retrieve it. Once he returned he explained I had some issues that I needed to see. Would I mind if he used a pipe camera for a fee. I contemplated it for a few minutes and finally agreed. I am so glad I did, what he showed me on the line camera shocked me. The cast iron piping from 1959 had gave out, leaving me with several cracked pipes and holes. Which meant the black/grey sewage was not leaving the house down the main drain, but being dumped under my house flooding it out. Causing MAJOR issues to say the least. Tim explained, different routes I could do to help eliminate some or all of the problems. He explained "I will get get you some quotes together and email them out to you, so you can make your decision on what you want to do. As promised the next day I had my quotes in my email waiting. Tim gave me 3 different options to review. Good- patching it up for a temporary fix, Better - fixing the piping that was in dire need of repair now, or Best - replacing what needed to be replaced so no further damage gets done and no further work was going to be needed down the road. I went with the Best quote option - Vintage Plumbing does offer you an option for financing {not Vintage Plumbing} it's an outside financial group. I financially needed to apply for it, within minutes I was approved. I contacted Marla to set something up to do the repairs. Thursday morning, Tim showed up and started right in on removing the old cast iron piping from under the house {he busted his butt, needless to say in waste water and sludge that had accumulated under there} He explained unfortunately this was not gonna be a 1 day repair, which I had already assumed due to what repairs needed to be done, all the plumbing on the west side of my home needed to be replaced. I explained to him I acknowledged the work needing to be done was a lot and I was not expecting him to complete it in 1 day. He returned the next day and started right in. The work he did to prepare for the repair was extreme and I couldn't have asked for a better Technician to have done it. He was under my home removing the cast iron, then, He had to sledge hammer my patio to get to the piping that went to the main drain in 102* sun beating down on him. He worked (3) eight hour days without taking a break. Day 3 - 5:00 PM and all the plumbing was done. I said to him "you can come back tomorrow to finish up the concrete work" he declined and said "No, I'm gonna finish this up for you today". I cannot express how happy I am with the work Tim did. Tri-L was honest and fair in price. Work was great, techs were pleasant, and they made sure it was what I asked for. Previously, I had a big name company come out, and they were more salesmen than work, and tried to sneak in massive upcharges (literally, literally 10x the cost of the job). I passed on them and called Tri-L, who was about doing the job well with zero upsells, and I appreciate that.
I was pleased with the level of communication in advance before coming to the house. Caleb, the electrician, did an excellent job diagnosing and explaining the issue. He checked and repaired a couple other issues that were not required, going above and beyond.
He made sure everything was cleaned up after and provided precisely the kind of customer service you want done when it is your own home / office.
Without question I will be using Waters Electric for any future needs that may arise in my home or office!

We installed four ceiling fans, one of which required a new box and also a wall switch, and also swapped out several old switches throughout my home. So I wanted to hire an electrician when I reached out to them, he quickly responded despite it was a Sunday. They even cleaned thoroughly afterward! Everything is beautiful, I'm very happy.

Everything was great! The guys came out swiftly and took care of my dryer. Only issue I had is the website says they take card, but was told in person I had to pay in cash or check. It wasn’t a huge deal, we were able to take care of it and get it paid for. But, the website is misleading and would probably be a bigger issue in the future.

DJ came and inspected some minor water damage in our kitchen due to a leaking refrigerator. He was very easy to work with, did a thorough inspection, and found no residual moisture in our walls. Was prepared to pay for the inspection but he did not charge anything. DJ and Servpro are top notch - I would highly recommend them for any water damage issues you have!
Taylor did such a great job on our carpet. He was prompt and the process was very quick. The carpet looks so much better. I will definitely have him back to clean them again.

We brought our elderly dog into see Dr. Coppedge. Dr. Coppedge took dental X-rays and was able diagnose and treat the problem in the same sedation visit. Our dog is doing great. Dr. Coppedge really cares about the dental health of her patients and is very thorough in her diagnosis and treatment.
As someone who used to work here and has seen behind the scenes, I can guarantee you this is the best place to take your pet. Everyone here is so passionate and thorough in the work they do, they truly want the best for you and your animal. They were able to get me in at a moments notice, girl in the front was super friendly and had a beautiful black dog. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is my girls nails could have been filed more. The groomer never spoke and never smiled when she handed me the leash.
Other than not always having the dog food I'm looking for, our doodle loves this store. When we say PetSmart, she knows that's her store and she gets to go shopping. I don't use their grooming (bad experience) but the store seems clean, pretty well stocked, and most clerks are friendly and seem to really like the pets that come in. We don't get there often as I order from their parent company and the heavy bag of food is delivered to my door.
Fusion is THE BEST in Norman! The yoga classes here have some of the best teachers whom all are very knowledgeable. My personal training sessions one on one with Lindsey are my favorite! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great yoga studio!

Having low back pain nothing I did helped it get better until I made an appointment with Andrew. I purchased the 90 minute massage with cupping it was worth the money. Andrew did a deep tissue massage on my lower back and worked from head to toe. Best massage I have ever had. I walked out of there with no pain! I made another appointment because I was so impressed with Andrew's work. I highly recommend this place.
