Stay away from them they are untrustworthy and terrible ended up costing me double because it was so bad it had to be redone. They can't keep their word they are overloaded and provide an awful tax service.

Ted did a great job on our taxes; the issue was when asked to send a copy (pdf) of our returns I was sent a bill for a return he has already in pdf. $50.00 bill? Seriously? For something that you are required to keep a digital file of. And yes, we have a copy somewhere at home in storage!

If they had not been stapled and glued together in a binder, they could have been easily scanned in when I brought them home. But as I said you already had a digital copy that could have been sent over with little to no effort.

I apologize for asking my CPA who I just paid to do our taxes for advice on something that could have been answered at your leisure. Might I also...read full review

Might I also add I never indicated it was a need right now kind of thing, and you had it easily accessible document. I wouldn't have even asked but I was unable to locate them. I get it, people have bad days, but this response was out of line! Had you said in your email, I will have to charge you for someone to pull the needed info I may have been more inclined to just pay that especially knowing you are busy. I am shocked at this type of response to a consumer. Especially one who just paid you in excess of 1,200.00to do the returns. I will be referring all clients somewhere else in the future.
