First time customer. Will update after my stuff comes back, but my first impression was great.

M-F 9am to 6pm hours. No weekend hours.

Next-day service Monday through Thursday. If you drop on Friday, you can pickup Monday after lunchtime.

Friendly service when I went in. The place is clean and well lit. I like that there’s a drive thru window.

Quick, reasonably priced, would recommend. I was so anxious that my coat would be lost, but the lady who helped me made me feel comfortable and safe trusting them. I will come back here when I need service.Their door says they accept AMEX but in store there is a note saying they don’t. This should be fixed.

I've used Rod's for 20 years and they are very friendly and professional with reasonable pricing. They even box your shirts if you need them to so they are folded and travel perfectly in a suitcase.
