I have used AC Media several times. They never put you off, they’re fair in their prices, and very friendly. I called this morning around 8:15 about my AC not running and they were there before noon.
They had great communication before, during & after service. The techs were nice and efficent. They explained everything clearly & provided the costs prior to execution. They fixed our stressful situation (no AC in Oklahoma summer heat) quickly & painlessly! Will use again & definitely recommend!
These guys are always great. Wonderful service, reps are friendly knowledgeable and not trying to push upchargese etc. They inform you of what they find, resolve it and let you know what's happening while doing so.
If you are looking for an honest and fair central AC company... THESE ARE THE GUYS.
