On August 20 2024, I had a full kitchen set delivered. The installers had trouble getting the gas attachment off to place a new one on for my new stove. I contacted J&M rooter to see if they could remove the part. The Individual Joel stated he could come by to remove and was 2 minutes away.
When I say they were a blessing.
Joel and Kyle came as the installers were about finished installing all other appliances. Kyle and Joel took the part off and the installers were able to install my stove.

I don’t generally leave reviews, but I’ve felt inclined to do so here for J&M Rooter. They recently rerouted our kitchen and washer sewer lines to bypass a leak that was flooding our garage, while avoiding the nightmare of tearing out our kitchen. Had other plumbers say they’d come and never did but Jeff and Joel had somebody out within days of calling them. Job only took a few days to finish and we’re very happy with how the job came out, and they even included the cost of replacing the concrete they had to bust out, all not initially included in the preliminary bid. God forbid if I have another plumbing problem I’ll call my guys here at J&M Rooter.

We had a plumbing emergency last weekend. We had another plumber come out over the weekend and his company acted as if it would be too much work (collapsed sewage line) to do. We called lots of plumbers Monday to get quotes knowing this was going to be an expensive fix. Not only did J&M come in as one of the lowest, but they weren't booked out a month like the others. Heck, some of the others didn't even get back to us with quotes like promised. They were due to start today. They showed up on time as promised. We were expecting the job to probably take a couple days. To our surprise they said no, they were going to finish it today. They did finish it and... read full review
