I had my Shih Tzu groomed here a few times while we stayed in OKC. No complaints on her groom, she looked great every time!
I scheduled baths for my two Boston Terriers to be done at the same time and was told that it shouldn’t be more than two hours. Three hours go by, and I still hadn’t gotten an update from them. When I called they were telling me it was going to be about another two hours before they were done. Their reasoning was because one of their groomers called out. I understand that it happens, but they should have used better time management skills and rebooked the grooms for the groomer who was out. Two baths should not take five fours... read full review
They are very friendly to not just fur babies, but to the pet parents too. They love what they do and it shows. I have taken my Morkie, Westie mix, and Aussie mix in. They look great and are happy everytime.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Smith's Grooming!! We have three dogs that the staff are so good with. One of our pups hates his feet being touched, but he seems to not have a problem with them touching them. They always come home clean, shiny and smelling amazing. They even take pictures of each dog to share on their FB page.If you are looking for a groomer, I recommend giving them a try and see if they are a right fit for you and your dog!*only two are shown in photos for now
