“Usually good. Great job cleaning the clothes and great customer service. But I have been here during business hours twice in the last few days and the place is closed. I'm typing this right outside the building right now. Door is locked. I drive twenty minutes and pass about five dry cleaners because I like this place. Might have to reevaluate that.Update: I have never seen this level of response! I received a call from the store manager explaining the issue and seeking to resolve the matter. Updating my review accordingly. Proactively seeking me out to address the issue is above and beyond and I greatly appreciate the attentiveness. I will not go anywhere else.“
“This location is very friendly they make me feel like family when I walk in there I take my husband jeans in to be heavy starched and he has not once complained about his jeans and I have been to several other cleaners where they were not done correctly. “I called them on Wednesday to to press my daughter’s wedding dress and dropped it off at 3:45 pm and they called me the next morning 9:20 to tell me it was ready. We needed it done by Friday for the wedding. Super amazing service. Will definitely use them again.“
