Heater caught motor on fire just before this last nightmare freeze. Jason quoted a price for the work & unit. They encountered a lot worse situation than first thought. But got it up & running for original quote. They went above & beyond. New unit is a godsend. Thank you very much Jason & crew. Wonderful people.

Wonderful service. We recently used Direct Air for their plumbing services. We had multiple toilets and sinks installed, along with a water line and hot water heater repair.Not only were they fast and professional, the plumbing employee returned on Christmas Eve to ensure the job was completed. They truly care about the customer, making sure the job was complete on the holiday, sacrificing his time to complete it.THANK YOU.
