When my two-year-old Navien tankless water heater ceased working on Sunday afternoon, I was on the phone to Navien tech support at 7am Monday morning. They diagnosed several possibilities, all of them requiring a service technician. I looked at their list of authorized dealers and happily found AKC Plumbing, located here in Moore, OK. I gave them a call and spoke to Carrie, who quickly arranged to have her service technician, John, come out to take a look at it. Sure enough, the heat exchanger had cracked.
