Nikii is an amazing realtor! She has helped us every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us purchase our first home! She has great resources, she has great patience, and I highly recommend her!

My wife and I were looking to rent a house and found one we really liked. The house was managed by Randy. I met Randy at the house for a walk through and liked it so we started the process. I asked to move in on the first and was told no, I had to move in 8 days before the new month and pay a prorated rent. We met at the house for keys/ walk through and someone had parked a car in the garage and left mud on the floor. Randy told me a "friend of the owner" had keys to the house and must have parked in the garage....... Okay? So, I was pretty uncomfortable with the fact that some guy had keys to my house so I asked if I could rekey the locks and he said that I could but I had to give him a key. There was nothing in the contract other than I had to grant access and after a lengthy discussion it turned out that he wanted a key but I did not have to give him one. Moved in and life was good since I didn't really contact him. When we bought a house we gave our 30 day notice and that's when things went south. Randy's assistant Glenda was extremely rude. We were breaking the contract and I expected to lose the deposit ($1,000) but Glenda told me I had to pay through the end of the contract or I would be sued. I listed the house on Craigslist, zillow and Trulia, scheduled my own showings and secured a new renter- all with no help from Randy. The new renter told me several times that she was having a difficult time getting a hold of Randy and that he did not return calls. In the end I lost half of the deposit, which is not as bad as losing all of it! In short, Randy has a very smooth, used car salesman personality and is terrible at customer service and returning phone calls. It was funny that he asked why I didn't use him as a real estate agent. I would not recommend Randy for real estate or rental property management.
