PA Carol Siniard and her crew were great. After receiving a shocking and unexpected diagnosis she put the best face on it. With her superb bed side manner it was not the end of the world. So glad she suggested the covid test. The intake tech was also commendable by explaining what she was doing every step of the way.
Did not understand the disco music at that hour of the day. Seems to me it would be negative for the crews concentration. Or, as I run low on 70's, maybe I am just old and grouchy.

We needed a physical for a school sport & Mercy GoHealth urgent care even took care of that for us. The staff is just as caring then as they are when we're ill!! Thank yall..we appreciate you all.

The PA, Carol E Siniard is an absolute blessing to work with. She is phenomenal, helpful, and a wonderful attitude. Thank you all so much for what you do, it's rare to see such kindness and professionalism exhibited in the medical field/customer service field.
